So I got this out of curiosity after having White Cloud a little while. A few songs from White Cloud are on here, which helped me along. It's a good album, but I definitely got to be in the mood for music for 30-40somethings who have more delicate tastes in their old age. Thing is, Kaye's a good singer with a kinda interesting voice, and top notch mixing lets you pick up on everything going on in. Hole In The Shoe Blues deserves a shout for being delicately badass. Some sweet sounding guitars on here, but no denying that this is an album for when you want a break from Radio 2. I prefer White Cloud, but...this version of Hoe-Bus is awesome.
